TERMS & CONDITIONS

The company ‘Lisa & the Beach’ is owned by Anastasios Tsanas and based on Greek Law; and every legal issue that rises will follow the Greek Law. Whoever wants to contact the company can do so by telephone (+30 6979887749), via e-mail (lisaandthebeach@gmail.com) and via the social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook) by the name “Lisa & the Beach”. The company has the exclusive right to modify the following Terms however and whenever seems appropriate. The terms will apply when the consumer shows the willingness to make a contract with the company; more specifically from the minute the consumer makes the order either by telephone or via the company’s website. In order to complete the sale contract the consumer should accept the “Terms and conditions”.

 

PRIVACY & COOKIE POLICY

The Store may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes. By accepting these terms, the User gives his / her consent to the storage and processing of his / her personal data by the Company solely for the purposes mentioned herein, i.e. in section “What we do with the information we gather” below.

 

What we collect we may collect the following information:

Name, Contact information including email address, address, Demographic information such as postcode.

What we do with the information: we gather personal data of users / visitors / buyers requested by this Store are limited to the information necessary for the operation of this Store and the provision of optimal services through it, in accordance with applicable Greek and European legislation.

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

Execution and proof of product orders

Issuance of the relevant legal documents (invoices, receipts), Shipment to the user / buyer designated, Export of statistics (which will not contain personal data that may lead to the identification of individuals).

Internal record keeping

We may use the information to improve our products and services. From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes. We may contact you by phone, mail or email, on condition that you have not opted-out of being contacted for market research purposes. We may use the information to customize the website according to your interests. These data are not passed on to third parties, except for their use by product transport companies.

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Domestic Shipping within Greece is carried out:

ELTA courier, 5 to 15 days with a cost of 5 - 10 € per order.

International shipping

ELTA courier, 5 to 15 days with a cost of 10 - 15 € per order. Cash On Delivery service is not available on international orders.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline only and do not take into account possible delays caused by external factors or stock availability. Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes.

Delivery is free on orders over 100 € for jewelry - NOT for interior driftwood art pieces.

*Non EU-Customers shall be subject to any charges

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel all the way on

 

CARE & REPAIR

Remove all jewelry when bathing or swimming. Shampoos and other body products can build up on jewelry, clouding stones and damaging the luster of metals. Additionally, hot water can cause discoloration and damage to some metals, particularly sterling silver.

Jewelry should not be worn when performing strenuous tasks. Perspiration and cleaning products can cause damage to your jewelry. Chances of knocking bracelets against surfaces are increased during such tasks, so they should always be removed.

Lisa will repair manufacturing faults free of charge up to 6 months from the original date of purchase.

All repairs are assessed on an individual basis. After we receive and examine the specific piece, we evaluate the cost (if any) of the repair and we proceed with it only after the customer’s confirmation. In both cases (of repairs and re-plating) the shipping cost to send the jewelry to us and back to you, is paid by the customer.

 

REFUNDS & RETURN POLICY

Faulty / Damaged Items

If an item is damaged or faulty, please contact us within the first 7 days upon receiving your items. Email to lisaandthebeach@gmail.com  with your name, order number and along with photographic evidence. Once your return has been received we will send you an email to notify you that your refund has been processed. You will be refunded via your original payment method, please allow 3-5 working days to appear back in your account.

Unfortunately we are unable to cover return postage costs. Please note that the item(s) are your, the customers, responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send your parcel using a signed for delivery service or one that insures for the value of the goods.

 

‘I've changed my mind’

Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds on change of mind purchases.

If anything about your order is less than perfect, please email us straight away at lisaandthebeach@gmail.com, with a picture of your jewellery and order number, and we will be happy to sort it out for you!

 

GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the products and Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

 

MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service without notice at any time.

 

PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
